Yes, access is easy thanks to our connected lock.

📱 How does the Nuki app work?
Simply install the Nuki app on your phone.
You will receive a link and a code a few hours before your arrival to unlock the door.

🤝 Can we be welcomed on site?
Yes, depending on your arrival time, we can welcome you in person.

Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
This is possible depending on reservations. Please contact us in advance.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

🧹 Is cleaning included?
A cleaning fee is included in your stay, but it does not cover full cleaning.
We ask that you leave the gîte as clean as possible upon departure.
Household appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher) must be left clean.
Otherwise, additional cleaning fees may be charged.

🛠️ What should we do in case of damage or breakage?
Please inform us in case of any damage so we can find a suitable solution together.

🪑 What if something is already damaged upon arrival?
Please let us know as soon as possible.

🍷 Should broken dishes be reported?
Yes, please inform us.

Yes, the gîte is fully equipped to accommodate 14 people.

Yes, all beds are ready upon your arrival.

Bed linen is included.

Towels are available for an additional €3 per person.

📶 Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the gîte has a Wi-Fi connection.

🧻 Are basic supplies provided?
Yes, you will find:
• Toilet paper (1 roll per WC)
• 2 tea towels, 1 microfiber cloth, 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher tablets
• Dishwashing liquid
• Hand soap
• Coffee beans (small quantity)

    Yes, they are heated all year round.

    Yes, a barbecue is available for your use.

    Large-scale parties are not allowed in the gîte.

    👥 Can we have outside visitors?
    Yes, within the maximum capacity of the gîte and after informing us.

    Yes, all utilities (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.

    💳 Is there a security deposit?
    No, no security deposit is required. We rely on your responsibility.

    What are the cancellation conditions?
    • Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund
    • Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
    • Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

    🚮 Before Departure

    🚮 What should we do with the trash?
    Trash must be placed in the containers located at the entrance of the gîte’s driveway.
    Glass must be taken to the containers in Thury-Harcourt (a bin is available on site).
